Now that you’ve stabilised your signal (part 2 of the series) — rooted in the Earth, connected to the Universe, and balanced with others — it’s time to talk about what actually shifts your reality:

How do you align your current frequency with the frequency of your desired future?


You’re Not Just Setting a Goal — You’re Tuning to a Frequency

When you have a goal, you’re not just setting an intention — you’re tuning into another frequency.

Every human being vibrates within a range.

This range moves up or down depending on your emotional state, your thoughts, and your practices.

For example, let’s say the lowest point of your range is −10, which represents sadness.

The highest point is +10, where you feel gratitude.

Now imagine a moment that lifts you to +50 — an intense surge of joy. You might describe it as being moved to tears or feeling euphoric.

But because your system isn’t used to sustaining that frequency yet, you’ll naturally return to your familiar +10 state.

If you experience that higher vibration repeatedly or over several days, you gradually expand your range — your upper limit shifts to +12, +15, +20 as your system learns to hold more light.

That’s why people who return from retreats often feel “high” for a while but find it difficult to maintain — their range hasn’t yet stabilized at that higher level.

Emotional Elasticity: The Built-In Reset

The same happens in the other direction.

Let’s say you experience grief that pushes your frequency down to −25.

Your emotional elasticity will pull you back toward −10 once the intensity passes.

If the grief is deep or prolonged, it might reset your lower range slightly — say to −15. But your system eventually seeks equilibrium.

This elasticity is built into us for survival.

Now, while this up-and-down happens naturally, you can also influence it consciously.

When you integrate daily practices — physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual — that lift you even slightly, your baseline range starts to move upward within about 21 days.

You’ll simply feel lighter, more optimistic, more open.

As your upper range rises, your lower range adjusts too.

In our example, you might move from +10/−10 to +12/−8 — a higher-vibe normal.

Keep going and that range keeps elevating.

But if you consistently engage with people or environments that drain you — that trigger insecurity, anger, or self-doubt — your entire range drops.

You might find yourself operating at −12 to +8, which feels darker and heavier.

Everything that currently exists in your life is simply a match to this range.

That’s the uncomfortable truth of manifestation:

you don’t get what you want — you get what you’re resonating at.

The Real Work: Stability Over Spikes

Remember, this “resonance” isn’t one static point.

It’s a living range.

You’ll feel the full spectrum of emotions within it, and the range self-corrects over time.

So it’s not about suppressing or avoiding your feelings.

It’s about cultivating awareness — ensuring your emotional state stays stable without dramatic spikes or crashes.

My workshops, including Let’s Manifest Together, are designed with this in mind.

We work together for six weeks — plus four weeks of accountability calls — integrating high-vibe practices slowly and sustainably.

By the end of ten weeks, you’ve shifted your emotional range upward through consistent, steady practice. Results show up much earlier of course.

The Frequency of Your Future Self

Back to the frequency of your future self — let’s make it visual.

Your present self vibrates at Frequency X.

Your desired self — the one who’s calm, joyful, wealthy, free — exists at Frequency Y.

X and Y aren’t in conflict.

They’re just different radio channels.

You can’t listen to Y-music while still tuned to X-station.

How do you shift from X to Y?

You Don’t Create It — You Download It

First, understand that the higher frequency already exists in the Universe.

You’re not creating it — you’re downloading it.

Think of yourself as an antenna with Wi-Fi access to Universal intelligence.

Your ideal self, your dream life — it’s all stored there, waiting for a strong signal.

To download it, you need two things:

A clear connection — steady, interference-free.That’s your meditation, grounding, breathwork, stillness.

Enough time spent at that frequency for the download to complete.

That’s consistency — daily emotional alignment, not occasional bursts of motivation.

Why You Lose Connection

Here’s where most people lose connection:

when fear, resentment, or worry hijack the signal.

It’s like your Wi-Fi cutting out mid-download.

You either have to restart or reconnect and continue where you left off.

This is why emotional regulation isn’t optional.

It’s the entire system.

The Only Way to Change Frequency

The only real way to change your frequency

is through your emotions.

Your emotions are your energetic dashboard.

Every feeling is data:

  • Gratitude raises your signal.

  • Anxiety lowers it.

  • Joy expands it.

  • Resentment compresses it.

You don’t need to fake positivity.

You just need to notice what frequency you’re running on —

and gently raise it by choosing emotions that match what you want for your present and future, not your past.

Calibration, Not Chase

Next time you visualize your ideal life, don’t rush to “make it happen.”

Hold the image.

Feel the calm, safety, and ease that version of you lives in.

Stay there long enough for the download to complete.

Because manifestation isn’t a race — it’s a calibration.

And once your emotional frequency matches your future frequency,

you don’t chase it anymore —

you become it.
