Accountability Group (Monthly Membership)

When you purchase access to a resource (e-book, workbook, audio guide, or online course) or book a session/workshop:

• Immediately after payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase and a link to download (for digital resources) or schedule (for sessions/workshops).

• For downloadable resources: Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll gain access to the download link, typically within a few minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us.

• For sessions/workshops: Once booked, you’ll receive scheduling details, any preparatory materials, and access instructions (e.g., online link, platform details, or venue information) as applicable.

• If you purchased a physical item (if ever applicable): We aim to dispatch within 5-7 business days; you will receive tracking information once it ships.

• Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete contact information.

• If you don’t receive your download link or session access details within 24 hours of purchase, please reach out to asoneis.pn@gmail.com with your order number and proof of payment, and we will assist you promptly.

1. Sessions / Workshops (live, interactive) — Booking Terms:

• Once you book a 1:1 session or a live workshop, your slot is reserved exclusively for you. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

• If you cancel with the required notice, you may either reschedule or receive a credit toward a future session/workshop, subject to availability.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend without prior communication, the full fee becomes non-refundable.

• If we need to cancel or reschedule the session/workshop for any reason on our end, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative date of your choosing.

2. Digital Products / Downloadable Resources:

• Because access is granted immediately (or shortly after purchase), refunds are generally not offered once the download link has been sent or access has been given.

• However, if you believe the resource is faulty or not as described, you may contact us within a day of purchase with proof, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

3. Conditions & Limitations:

• All refund/reschedule requests must be submitted to asoneis.pn@gmail.com along with your order number and transaction details.

• Refunds will, if approved, be credited via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Please note: No refunds are available for missed sessions without prior notice or for resources once access has been used/downloaded, unless under exceptional circumstances (e.g., product error).

4. Access Rights & Transferability:

• Access to courses or resources is granted for individual use only and may not be transferred, resold or shared.

• Upon registering for a course or workshop, you agree to abide by the terms of use and indemnify against misuse or unauthorised distribution.
